Freelance Functional Administrator HiX

Introduction

For a hospital, I am looking for a Freelance Functional Administrator HiX to support the upcoming implementation of standard content in HiX. The assignment starts in January 2026 and offers flexibility in hours and modules.

Organization

The organization is preparing for a large-scale HiX implementation where standard content will be rolled out. This project requires additional expertise on top of the existing team. Because multiple modules are being picked up, there are opportunities for professionals with diverse HiX experience. The deployment is largely remote, which makes this assignment easy to combine.

Job Information

As a Freelance Functional Administrator HiX, you will support the hospital with the implementation and setup of standard content. You will identify needs, set up modules and solve bottlenecks. Depending on your expertise, you will be deployed on modules that best fit your experience. You work together with fellow administrators, project leaders and healthcare professionals and contribute to a smooth implementation.

Job Requirements

• Experience with HiX
• Knowledge of (one or more) HiX modules
• Experience with implementations or standard content is a plus
• Communicative skills and good at collaboration
• Available for 8 to 24 hours per week

Offer

• Start: January 2026
• 6 months, with option to extend
• 8 to 24 hours per week
