Freelance Technical Information Security Officer

Introduction

I am looking for a freelance Technical Information Security Officer (TISO), who is available or will be available in the near future and wants to contribute to the information security of an organization in the social domain.

Organization

The organization operates within the social domain and has several branches spread throughout the province of Gelderland. With a strong regional presence, the organization focuses on providing social support and services to various target groups.

Job Information

As a freelance TISO, you make an active contribution to the continuous improvement of ICT security within the organization. You initiate and make proposals for optimization, coordinate security processes and monitor both the design and effectiveness of security measures.

You know how to identify concrete and critical technical security risks on time and translate them into appropriate measures. In addition, you draw up clear and applicable security policies, making complex technical material understandable for the various target groups within the organization. You supervise the implementation of these measures and ensure that they are correctly and completely set up.

In close cooperation with the Information Security Officer you translate the information security policy into concrete technical guidelines. You direct external teams (support and management) and proactively advise management on substantive technical security issues.

Within the organization, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 form the technological basis of the ICT environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position
• OSCP, CISSP, CISM or similar
• Knowledge of NEN 7510 & NIS 2.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365 & SaaS

Offer

• Preferred start as soon as possible
• 4 month contract
• High probability of extension
• 32 - 36 hours per week
• Hybrid work form
