Freelance Business Analyst Data & AI

Introduction

I am looking for an experienced Freelance Business Analyst with an affinity for data, AI, and digital innovation for a large social organization. In this role, you will act as a link between business and technology and work on innovative use cases that focus on data, generative AI, and knowledge sharing. You will actively contribute to the realization of valuable solutions that have an organization-wide impact.

Organization

You will be working within a digital innovation hub where multidisciplinary teams collaborate on innovative initiatives. The organization invests heavily in data-driven working, modern technology, and experimenting with AI solutions. Collaboration, creativity, and a focus on results are central to the organization's approach. Hybrid working is possible, with a clear presence on location for coordination and co-creation.

Job information

As a Business Analyst, you analyze business processes and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and concrete solutions. You conduct user research, identify opportunities for improvement, and support teams in designing, validating, and implementing innovative concepts. You facilitate workshops, supervise Proof of Value processes, and ensure clear documentation of design choices and requirements. In doing so, you work closely with developers, innovators, designers, and external partners to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Successful validation and implementation of innovative solutions

Job requirements

• HBO/WO degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Science, or similar
• Demonstrable experience as a business analyst or similar role
• Experience with process analysis and digital transformation
• Affinity with data, AI, and innovative technology
• Strong communication and analytical skills
