Freelance Business Analyst / Data Analyst

Introduction

I am looking for a Freelance Business Analyst / Data Analyst for a municipality in the central Netherlands. You will be working in an environment where Common Ground is used. Have you previously worked for a municipality where Common Ground was part of the landscape? Then this is an interesting assignment for you.

Organization

You will be working within a municipal organization that is actively engaged in digitization and modernizing its information provision. The teams work in a multidisciplinary and agile manner, with business, data, and IT working closely together. Hybrid working is possible, with a location in the Utrecht area.

Job information

As a Business Analyst/Data Analyst, you will support the municipality in analyzing and improving processes and information provision within the Common Ground framework. You will identify the organization's wishes and bottlenecks and translate these into clear requirements and practical solutions.

You will work with product owners, information managers, and IT specialists, helping to design and configure data-centric solutions. Your main focus will be on understanding the business and making smart use of existing data and Common Ground components, rather than on complex technology.

Job requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst
• Experience within a municipality
• Familiar with Common Ground (e.g., from a previous assignment)
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Offer

• Starting February 1
• Commitment until the end of the year
• 32 to 36 per week
• Hybrid working
