Freelance M365 & Modern Workplace Engineer

Introduction

I am looking for an experienced Freelance M365 & Modern Workplace Engineer for a national organization with a crucial social role. In this assignment, you will play a key role in the management, further development, and optimization of the digital workplace. You will combine operational management with innovation and act as a substantive sparring partner within a professional IT environment.

Job information

As an M365 & Modern Workplace Engineer, you will be responsible for the daily management and further professionalization of Microsoft 365 and workplace services. You will ensure a stable, secure, and future-proof digital working environment and actively contribute to improvements and innovations.
You will work closely with fellow engineers, architects, and other stakeholders and be involved in both management and change processes. You will assess the impact of changes, contribute ideas about architectural choices, and actively share your knowledge within the team. In the event of complex disruptions, you will take the lead in analysis and resolution. Your efforts will directly contribute to an optimal user experience and a reliable digital workplace.

Job requirements

• HBO working and thinking level
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace
• Knowledge of Intune, AVD/Cloud PC, and workplace security
• Experience with management and optimization in complex environments
• Strong communicator and focused on collaboration
• Lives in the region
