Freelance Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist

Introduction

I am looking for an experienced freelance Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist for a large public organization. In this role, you will join a team responsible for digital collaboration within the organization. You will combine technical management with innovation and play a key role in the continued rollout and further development of Microsoft 365, including M365 Copilot and Power Platform.

You’ll work within the professional IT department of a public organization with a complex and dynamic environment. The department operates using agile methods in multidisciplinary teams and combines day-to-day management with continuous innovation. Digital transformation and modern collaboration tools are high on the agenda. You’ll be part of a specialized team that provides organization-wide support. Hybrid work is an option.

Job Information

As a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical management and further optimization of the M365 platform. You will perform administrative tasks, automate processes using PowerShell wherever possible, and support migrations within the environment. In addition, you will play a key role in setting up the tenant for the organization-wide implementation of M365 Copilot.

You’ll work on application lifecycle management using Azure Pipelines and provide guidance on the deployment and configuration of the Power Platform. You’ll also develop Power Apps and flows. Within the team, you’ll serve as a sounding board and resource for less experienced colleagues. Your contributions will help create a stable, innovative, and future-proof digital work environment.

Job Requirements

• HBO-level work and thinking skills
• Proven experience with the technical administration of Microsoft 365
• Experience with Azure services and PowerShell
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Power Platform and M365 Copilot
