Freelance Technical Specialist Microsoft 365

Introduction

I am looking for an experienced Freelance Technical Specialist Microsoft 365 for a large public organization. In this role, you will strengthen a team that is responsible for digital collaboration within the organization. You will combine technical management with innovation and play a key role in the further rollout and development of Microsoft 365, including M365 Copilot and Power Platform.

Organization

You will be working within the professional IT department of a public organization with a complex and dynamic environment. The department works in an agile manner in multidisciplinary teams and combines daily management with continuous innovation. Digitization and modern collaboration tools are high on the agenda. You will be part of a specialized team that provides organization-wide support. Hybrid working is possible.

Job information

As a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical management and further optimization of the M365 platform. You will perform management tasks, automate where possible with PowerShell, and support migrations within the environment. In addition, you will make an important contribution to the tenant setup for the organization-wide implementation of M365 Copilot.

You will work on application lifecycle management via Azure Pipelines and advise on the deployment and configuration of the Power Platform. You will also develop Power Apps and flows. Within the team, you will act as a sparring partner and source of information for less experienced colleagues. Your efforts will contribute to a stable, innovative, and future-proof digital working environment.

Job requirements

• HBO working and thinking level
• Demonstrable experience with technical management of Microsoft 365
• Experience with Azure services and PowerShell
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Power Platform and M365 Copilot
