Privacy policy

This privacy statement explains how Einvigi B.V. (and its affiliated entities) processes personal data within the scope of recruitment, mediation, and related services. We attach great importance to the protection of personal data and act in accordance with the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG / GDPR) and other applicable privacy legislation.

This privacy policy applies to candidates, clients, and visitors to the Einvigi website.

Processing of Your Personal Data

Einvigi B.V. only processes personal data that are necessary for the execution of its services. Personal data are processed carefully, lawfully, and transparently, and are not used for purposes incompatible with those described in this policy.

Personal data are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected, unless a longer retention period applies as described below or is required by law.

Website Visitors

Our website displays our open vacancies and projects, and includes a contact form. If you apply or respond via the site, this section of our privacy policy applies. When you use the contact form, we ask you to provide at least your name and email address so we can respond. Optionally, you may provide your phone number for telephone contact. The information collected will be used solely to address your request and will be deleted two weeks after handling your inquiry.

Candidates

When applying for a vacancy or submitting an open application via our website, we process the following personal data, where applicable:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Curriculum vitae (CV)
  • Date of birth
  • Postal code and house number
  • Any additional information voluntarily provided by you

These data are used to assess your suitability for mediation, recruitment, or project placement and to contact you regarding potential opportunities.

If your application results in an assignment or collaboration, additional data may be requested, such as identification details, business registration information, and insurance details, where legally required.

Purposes for Data Processing

Einvigi B.V. processes personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Assessing candidates for vacancies, projects, or mediation
  2. Presenting candidate profiles and CVs to clients
  3. Establishing and executing agreements or contracts
  4. Administrative processing related to assignments
  5. Maintaining contact with candidates regarding current or future opportunities

Processing is based on the necessity for taking steps prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate business interests.

Retention Periods

Personal data of candidates — including but not limited to CVs, names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, and postal code with house number — are stored for an indefinite period to enable long-term mediation and career opportunities.

If a candidate wishes to have their data deleted earlier or stored for a shorter or specified period, they may submit a written request (by email or post). Einvigi B.V. will comply with such requests unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Data relating to contractual or financial relationships are retained for the legally required minimum periods.

Clients

Einvigi B.V. processes names and contact details of clients and their representatives for the execution of agreements and recruitment services. These data are retained for up to five years after the end of the business relationship, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
