For an innovative healthcare organization, we are looking for a Freelance Business Consultant HiX. This assignment focuses on digitizing patient questionnaires through the patient portal and e-care profiles.

The organization is in a state of flux and is constantly working to evolve the EHR landscape. They recently went live with 6.3 (standard content). Innovation, digitization and patient-centered work are high on the agenda. You will join a professional team with a lot of knowledge of healthcare processes and HiX.

Job Information

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital questionnaires within HiX. You focus on optimizing e-care profiles, linking questionnaires to appointments, profiles or order packages and advising healthcare professionals on the deployment and timing of digital forms. You ensure that the patient portal is used optimally and support departments in improving their digital intake process. In doing so, you make an important contribution to increasing patient engagement and reducing administrative burdens.

Job Requirements

• Experience as a Business Consultant
• Experience with HiX and e-care profiles/digital content
• Strong in analysis, process design and implementation
• Knowledge of questionnaire management and portal functionality in HiX
• Communicative strong and independent
