Freelance Team Leader (application management)

Introduction

For a healthcare organization, I am looking for a Freelance Team Leader who will be responsible for managing a team of application administrators whose primary focus is the HiX system.

Organization

The organization is currently in a restructuring phase of its management structure. Until a final decision has been made, the position will be temporarily filled by a freelancer. In this role, you will work hybrid: partly remotely, but you will also be expected to be on location on a regular basis.

Job Information

As a Freelance Teamlead, you will lead a team of 12 colleagues. Your main task is to bring structure to the team and reduce the number of open tickets. In doing so, you will create space for more project-based work, with a focus on optimization. You are the one who takes the team to the next level.
Knowledge of the HiX EPD system is not a requirement. Much more important is that you have a strong ICT mindset and are constantly looking for efficiency and improvement in processes.

Job Requirements

• Experience with ITIL processes
• Analytically strong
• Experience with service management tools
• Knowledge of EPD (such as HiX) is a plus
• Experience within healthcare domain is a plus
