Introduction

I am looking for an experienced Freelance Full-Stack Programmer for a regional public organization. In this role, you will take on a substantial development assignment: completely rebuilding an internal authorization tool that is used to manage rights, access, and inflow/outflow processes. You will develop a secure, future-proof, and well-documented solution based on modern programming languages and best practices.

Organization

You will be working within an IT department that handles both application development and management in-house and is strongly committed to quality, security, and maintainability. The team is in great need of a specialist who can rebuild and modernize complex custom tools. You will be given the freedom to develop independently, make choices in architecture, and lay the technical foundation for the coming years. Hybrid working is possible.

Job Information

As a Full-Stack Programmer, you will be responsible for analyzing, rebuilding, and modernizing an existing authorization tool. Based on the current functional operation, you will develop a completely new solution that is secure, easy to maintain, and well documented.

You will work with PHP, Python, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL, XML, GitHub, and Cronjobs, among other things. You will ensure that the new tool is robust, developed in accordance with security guidelines, and clearly transferable to the internal team.

Result of the assignment

  • A completely rebuilt authorization tool
  • A demonstrably secure solution that complies with modern security standards
  • Fully documented code and functional description

Job Requirements

  • Vocational education (MBO+) level of working and thinking, specializing in ICT
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Programmer in the public sector
  • Experience with PHP, Cronjobs, SQL, XML, and JavaScript

Offer

  • Start: January 1, 2026
  • Duration: 4 months (option to extend)
  • Hours: 36 per week
