For a public organization in Gelderland, the Netherlands, I am looking for a Freelance Functional Application Administrator OpenWave.

This organization works with approximately 200 professionals to create a safe, sustainable and well-organized living environment in the region. The internal culture is open and collaborative, with plenty of room for initiative, knowledge sharing and process improvement. From a modern office in Gelderland (with hybrid work options) you will work closely with internal stakeholders, process owners, IT specialists and the OpenWave supplier.

Job Information

As Functional Application Manager OpenWave, you play a key role in the further development of the system landscape. You collect requirements and wishes within the organization, translate these into concrete improvements, and coordinate these with the supplier and the user community. In addition, you ensure that OpenWave is optimally set up for case-oriented working and archive management.

Core of the role:

• Retrieve and prioritize functional and technical requirements within the organization
• Translate user requirements into concrete improvement proposals and RFCs towards supplier
• Align with the OpenWave community on continued development and best practices
• Configuring OpenWave for both primary and support processes
• Setting up functionality for case management and records management
• Support further adoption and knowledge transfer within the organization

Job Requirements

• Experience with OpenWave, both functional and technical
• Experience with implementation and optimization of OpenWave
• Experience in delivering requests for change towards supplier

Offer

• Starting as soon as possible
• Deployment of 14 months
• Option to extend (2 × 12 months)
• 12 hours per week
• Hybrid working
