For a public organization in Friesland, I am looking for a Freelance Project Manager of Services.

This organization is working on future-proof and accessible services for residents, entrepreneurs and partners. The ambition is clear: one central digital environment that connects customer journeys, processes and data. From a hybrid working environment, you work together with management, IT, information consultants and external cooperation partners to realize this vision.

Job Information

As Service Project Leader, you will steer the realization of a new digital portal and ensure the connection between technology, organizational development and customer-oriented work. Together with management, you will develop an implementation-oriented roadmap, monitor progress and create support at all levels.

Core of the role:

• Leading the realization of the new customer portal
• Connecting ICT projects, service delivery and organizational goals
• Establish and monitor an execution-oriented roadmap
• Coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners
• Setting up governance, ownership and communication structures
• Support the development of dashboards, service standards and customer journeys

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with digital transformation, case management and information management
• Experience with quartering within information or project organizations
• Experience with Agile and programmatic working in an administrative environment
• Ability to oversee the connection between processes, data, technology, attitude and behavior
• Strong communication skills and managerial sensitivity

Offer

• Starts December 2026
• 12-month commitment, with option to extend
