Freelance ServiceNow Consultant

Introduction

For a national organization in the mobility and infrastructure sector, I am looking for a Freelance ServiceNow Consultant. You will work on the implementation of a new ServiceNow module focused on quality and safety processes within the organization.

Organization

The organization works on safe, sustainable and future-oriented mobility. From the headquarters in Utrecht (hybrid working possible) you will work in a multidisciplinary project team to modernize the IT environment and replace an outdated application with a ServiceNow solution. Within this team you will work closely with a project manager, product owner, business consultants, UX designers and developers.

Job Information

As Consultant ServiceNow, you will be responsible for the technical design, setup and integration of the new ServiceNow module. You will deliver a future-proof solution, guide the process from design to production, and ensure knowledge transfer towards management and development teams.

Core of the role:

• Design and set up workflows within ServiceNow for quality and safety processesse
• Setting up data structures, fields and relationships
• Realizing integrations between ServiceNow and other business applications and data platforms
• Preparation of technical advice and documentation
• Supervise OTAP environments: testing, releasing and transferring to production
• Knowledge transfer to internal teams and assurance of architecture guidelines

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience with ServiceNow implementations as a technical consultant
• Experience with Javascript, SQL or similar programming languages
• Experience with IT solutions or support of QHSE or audit processes is a plus

Offer

• Starting as soon as possible
• Deployment until Aug. 31, 2026
• Option to extend
• 32/40 hours per week
