Freelance ServiceNow Consultant/Developer

Introduction

For a nice client, I am looking for a Freelance ServiceNow Consultant/Developer. You will work on the management, ongoing development and release management of a complex ServiceNow environment that uses the full suite: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM Pro and more.

Organization

You will join a professional and driven team of ServiceNow specialists who are collectively responsible for the stability and innovation of the platform. Work is largely remote, with one fixed office day per week to coordinate releases, share knowledge and work together on improvements.

Job Information

As ServiceNow Consultant/Developer you are responsible for technical management, implementation of changes and solving incidents within the ServiceNow environment. You will actively contribute to the further professionalization of the platform and act as a resource for internal developers. In addition, you play a key role in the release management process and support integrations and further development.

Specifically, you are engaged in:

• Management of the ServiceNow suite (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM Pro).
• Resolving incidents and implementing changes
• Preparation of technical designs based on functional designs
• Release management and quality assurance
• Develop and maintain integrations via IntegrationHub and APIs
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant/Developer
• Experience with release management
• Knowledge of integrations (IntegrationHub, APIs)
• ServiceNow Certified (CAD / CSA)
• Able to translate functional designs into technical designs
