Job Information

You take on the management of AFAS, support users and work with internal and external parties to continuously improve the system. You easily switch between technology and practice.

Your tasks:

• Manage, optimize and further develop AFAS modules
• Resolving incidents and implementing changes (TOPdesk)
• Testing and implementing new releases and updates
• Strengthen collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
• Identify and realize improvement opportunities in processes
• Support users, including documentation and training

Job Requirements

• HBO working and thinking level
• Experience as a functional application administrator, preferably with AFAS
• Affinity with HR or financial processes
• Experience with system linkages is a plus
• You work independently, structured and customer-oriented
• Communication strong: you switch effortlessly between techies and end users

Offer

• Start date: by arrangement
• 32 to 36 hours per week
• Hybrid working
• Scale FWG 50 or 55 (depending on experience and grading according to CLA VVT)
