What you will do:

• Start with an intensive in-house training program
• Actively working with candidates and clients within a month
• Independent Recruitment Consultant within three months
• Doing your first deal as soon as possible (the record? 4 weeks 😎)

Who we are looking for:

• Demonstrated college level of work/thought
• Available full time
• Ambitious with a smooth chat
• Everyone says it, but we mean it; you don't have a 9 to 5 mentality
