Freelance Project Manager Digitalization

Introduction

For an ambitious regional program within the social domain, we are looking for two project leaders digitalization. In this role, you will form the link between policy, implementation and technology and contribute to strong digital cooperation in the care and support chain. You will work on a program in which multiple municipalities and care partners work together to enable data exchange and digital innovation.

Organization

You will be part of a multidisciplinary program team in which leaders from various healthcare and municipal sectors work together. The team strives for a coherent and accessible social domain for residents in the region. Within this team you will work closely with policy staff, lawyers, CISOs, IPMs and external partners such as healthcare providers and national organizations.

Job Information

As project leader, you coordinate and execute regional use cases, connect municipal processes with those of healthcare and network partners, and work on joint agreements on digital cooperation and data exchange. You will participate in multidisciplinary working groups and contribute to themes such as digital inclusion, data standardization and information provision to residents. Depending on the phase of the program and your expertise, you function both as director and executor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement regional use cases within the social domain.
• Develop work arrangements, digital applications and collaborative processes.
• Represent municipalities and partners in regional working groups.
• Connecting municipal processes with those of healthcare and network partners.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate on practical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners on planning and progress.
• Monitor planning, progress and reporting to program manager and board meetings.

Job Requirements

• Completed college or university education in a relevant field (e.g., public administration, business administration, health sciences, computer science or healthcare management).
• Minimum 3-5 years of project leadership experience, preferably within the social, healthcare or public sector.
• On-site at least 2 days per week, hybrid work possible.
• Experience with digitization, data sharing and collaboration in a social context.
• Experience coordinating with internal partners (policy officers, lawyers, CISO, IPMs).

Offer

• Start: January 2026
• Duration: 12 months, with possible extension
• Deployment: 24-32 hours per week
• Hybrid working possible, on-site working preferred
