Business Analyst

Introduction

I am looking for an experienced Business Analyst Case-Oriented Working / Common Ground for a large municipal organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and IT and make a direct contribution to the modernization of services and information provision within a Common Ground environment.

Organization

You will be working within a municipal program that focuses on future-proofing the application and information landscape. Together with national partners, the organization is building a component-oriented platform based on the Common Ground vision. Reusability, flexibility, and continuous improvement are central to this. You will be working with product owners, architects, engineers, and scrum teams. Hybrid working is possible.

Job information

As a Business Analyst for Case-Oriented Working, you are responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating the wishes and needs of users and stakeholders. You work on use cases, user stories, and functional designs and contribute to the design and implementation of generic, reusable Common Ground components. You will supervise implementations, support users, and ensure that solutions fit within the architecture and platform principles. In doing so, you will work closely with technical and architectural roles within the program.

• Successful implementation of reusable Common Ground services
• Users and teams who can work effectively with the solutions

Job requirements

• HBO level
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector
• Knowledge of case-oriented working and Common Ground
• Experience with functional design and BPMN
• Strong in stakeholder management

Offer

• Start: after receipt of valid Certificate of Good Conduct
• Duration: until December 2026 (with option to extend)
• Hours: 32–36 per week
